Hello my name is Tongoe and I recently reached plat playing with an 80% win rate. I started playing Singed at the start of Season 8. I hope to help out some fellow low elo players reach their high elo dreams. This guide will properly not work for anyone in plat+

Pros / Cons

Spells

noxious slipstream: Allows Singed to gain a notable Movement speed buff by touching ally/enemy champions hitbox with his own.
poison trail (Q): This toggle Damage over time is your key to everything on singed. It is your main form of damage in fights and while farming.
mega adhesive (W): Is a very powerfull slow that will also ground any champions standing in it efectively making them unable to use movement abilities including Flash It also has a special interaction with Fling
Fling (E): This is your main way of supporting your teammates. You are able to both peel for your carries and cause mayhem for the enemies. Note that if you put down your Mega Adhesive and fling an enemy into it, they will be rooted instead of slowed.
insanity potion (R): Ultimate essential in all teamfights. Gives your an increase to ALL stats by a flat amount. Use it to escape/engage/peel

Runes

Aftershock Makes you very tanky in lane and gives some dmg. Best keystone choice atm
Bone Plating Great for trading. Replace this with Nullifying Orb if against had AP matchup
Second Wind Good for trading/lane sustain
Unflinching Gives you some much needed tenacity to counter your vulnerability to CC

Time Warp Tonic MS and more time on potions, what more could you ask for?

Summoners

: Better than flash on singed because Comebined and You will run faster than sonic. Also you can escape anything.

: Gives you the ability to quickly get back to lane and join fights on the other side of the map.

Notable Items

Rylai's Crystal Scepter The bread and butter of low elo singed. Its basicaly a permanent slow to the entire enemy team.
Turbo Chemtank Provides a great movement speed buff and AOE slow More on this in teamfighting section
Liandry's Torment Increases your damage but at a hefty gold cost and less surviavlity because your wont get a tank item. You shoulkd only ever buy this item if you are ahead and your team lacks in damage.
Banner of Command Used to put preassure on the enemy laner and go roam early on. can also be used in sync with your teammates and baron to produce super waves that will make the enemy team unable to withstand a siege without going all in on the minions giving you ez kills.

Laning

Will give you the option to back at 500 gold get and an extra and have a major advantage/kill potential agaisnt most champions. At lvl 6 use and to cheese kill the enemy laner if they dont have . Start shoving the lane and go mid to pick up more kills.

NEVER PROXY. I say this because its so easy to counter and will simply lead to you dying most of the time. If the jungler is topside you are 100% dead.

Tilting your enemies.

This might seem silly and all but it is an EXTREMELY effective way of winning.[/b]
After every kill or slight outplay you basically wanna spam things like thumbs up emotes, Mastery emotes or even a simple ? in chat can also be effetive. I have won around 10% of my games by tilting the enemy laner and make them troll/quit/give up.

Teamfighting

Your team is ahead:
Just use fling the Carry and you win

Your team is even
If you are not the only tank try to engage fights from a flanking posistion and use to run into and cause mayhem in the enemy backline and let your team do the rest.

Your team is behind
Peel for your carries with , and .
You will usually be able to punish out of position enemies with a good use of
