Camille is just busted at engaging you from a long distance while making you unable to response even if you cheese your E Timing as her damage value is way to high.

Who is Urgot?
Urgot is basically all you will ever need to have a) fun whilst b)terrify the enemies to their very existence.
To summarize Urgot:
You have PercentHP Damage on ur Passive (2-8%) up to six times recharging at a 30-5seconds cooldown.
You have a medium-range Slow (which is the only reason you might ever catch up to an enemy)and ur tool to make enemies cry in the lane in combination with your W.
You have a Shield on a fair cooldown which allows you to fire whilst moving at 3 rounds per second whilst auto-aiming to the nearest enemy champion at the cost of some movement speed.
You have the most useless gap closer in the world's history- but if you hit ... :D
You have the most terrifying Ult in the game leaving Darius' like a Magikarp's splash.
To find out more about Urgot and why you should love playing him, you better read up the lore on the Universe Page from LoL:
https://universe.leagueoflegends.com/en_US/champion/urgot/

Should be ur way to go Keystone at all time as it provides you with a huge amount of damage which scales with ur passive as well as lane harassment even early on.

'Why' you ask? Because Triumph is the only thing you can achieve whilst play Urgot.

You neither need the Lifesteal nor the Attackspeed from the other options available as your actual attack damage is not that high to be rentable for lifesteal and you attack at a fixed rate of 3 Attacks per second during W.

Your first only option to decide on runes in my opinion:
You want to be an executioner or do you want to kick peoples *** pretending being Chuck Norris fighting 1-3?
Personally I recommend you to take Last Stand as the more reliable damage source in Teamfights.

Choosing these depends on your overall matchup. Are you vs heavy early AD Poke (ADC, Pantheon or GP) take Iron Skin. Are you vs heavy AP Poke (Teemo, Rumble etc) take Mirror Shell. If you are sure to get through the laningphase w/o any problem but at best winning take Conditioning as your way to go Rune as it's the most valuable rune especially for late game.

To choose here you have to anticipate what you need most. Usually, you take Demolish to fix Urgot's inability to push tower... He is awesome at waveclearing but Urgot is 230% no good towerpusher w/o 3 Mountain Drakes at least...
Bone Plating should be your choice when encountering other Bruiser such as Jax, Irelia and Camille.
Unflinching is must have vs heavy CC Teams (not including Knockup-heavy) or else you'll have a hard time ever dealing damage.

The next basic attack in the direction of a loaded shotgun causes it to fire, dealing 40 / 50 / 65 / 80 / 90 / 100% AD (+ 2 / 3 / 4 / 6 / 8% of target's maximum health) physical damage to all enemies hit within, up to 25 - 365 (based on level) against monsters.

PASSIVE:

ACTIVE: Urgot autonomously attacks the nearest enemy at 3.0 attack speed without interrupting his movement, prioritizing enemy champions marked for Purging.
Attacks deal modified damage 12 (+ 20 / 24 / 28 / 32 / 36% AD), down to a minimum of 50 damage against minions, with only 33.3% on-hit damage and cannot critically strike.
At the moment of activation, he also shields himself by 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+ 30% bonus health) for 4 seconds, gains slow resist and ghost, but his base movement speed is reduced by 125 during attacks.
After 0.5 seconds, Urgot can reactivate

After 0.25 seconds,

Using your E
Disdain at the right time lets you avoid several forms of CC whilst surprising let you be able to stun the enemy whilst being CCed.
This works exactly like

Fear Beyond Death automatically reactivates after 4 seconds as long as the enemy falls under 25% of their HP even when you are CCed. Make use of this in Teamfights as you Teammates can bring down an enemy to that value whilst you ate the enemies CC.
Also, remember that you
Fear Beyond Death will fear all Enemies around Urgot upon performed Execution. You can move a bit whilst grabbing the enemy towards you so position up in as many enemies as possible as long you won't face death as a result, before getting the Kill.
