How should you play: For early game, try to poke the enemy with your q+w, you are ezreal afterall (after your first back you should buy sapphire crystal into lost chapter and that should remove the mana problem)
You should not use your e as an offensive ability, it is not worth it right now.

After your first item you now can use your e as an offensive ability DEPENDING on the enemy champ if your laner is something like zed you still should use your e as a defensive ability. Keep an eye out for low-hp targets or for skirmishes around the map for you to ult.

After you get your second item + boots now you can start playing like an assasin champion. your ideal combo should be w+e + ult (can put q somewhere in there) if you can hit. stormsruge's 25% ms incrase should help you get out. While your ult is down you should SPAM your q EVERYWHERE (in case you don know, it lowers your ult CD). Spam it to the minions, to the jungle camps, to the enemies, just press your q key every time it refreshes.

You can flash while your ult wind up. however it wont change your ults direction. it just moves ezreal.

for the rest of the game if you land your combo you pretty much one shot everyone, Have fun!
