When to pick skarner and when not to pick skarner
and and u shouldnt pick skarner when the ennemy team as alot of slows it neutralize your attack (because u cant get to the champ) and your only way to do dammage is by being really close to them.this guide is short but I hope it helps you in game when you just need to check a few items to build or when to pick skarner.
