Smite is a very useful spell since it can help us steal enemy jungle champs, clear minions or secure objectives and Spellbook helps us to make sure that we don't fall behind because of the missing kill pressure that Smite has (especially when you don't have a jungle item).
The inspiration tree is generally very helpful because it offers us tools to be more creative with our builds and gain spikes faster which is why we have future's market.
The 2nd precision tree can usually be replaced by whatever you want but I've chosen Presence of Mind so we don't run out of mana and Legend: Tenacity for increase mobility.
Of course the second runeset is Aftershock. It's usually preferred since its a safe option and easy to use. You can take this if you want to be more tanky and gain access to runes like demolish.
At last we have Predator which is a rune that makes you very fast. In combination with your mobility boots and celerity, you can outroam anyone on the enemy team and land some free hooks onto your enemy since you can just move up to them and knockup. You should take this runeset if you want to punish immobile champions that are rather safe aswell as flashy champions like Katarina who can only teleport to her daggers and enemies/allies etc.
Pros:
+Very useful especially with Spellbook to change spells
+Surprises your enemy
+Can be very annoying and hard to deal with
+Can easily secure objectives if your jungler isn't there
Cons:
-Doesn't make you very tanky
-Requires decent knowledge of the game depending on elo
If the buff is low HP, you can use Smite on it to steal it from the enemy jungler. If not you can just repeat this process to waste as much time as possible.
The best way to land hooks is using your hook through a minion, then smiting it so it dies. Your enemies won't be prepared since they expect your hook to stop at the minion but since you're smiting it, it will die and the hook will go through. That way you can have some surprising attacks.
During this time there will mostly be fights around mid lane so you want to change your smite to a key spell like ignite, exhaust and force fights by pulling an enemy.
Usually the standard item you will go for are Shurelya's for the increased mobility for yourself and your teammates. This will help them to follow your engage better or run away from enemies if your abilities are on cooldown.
