Introduction
Pulverise (Q) is an amazing ability, I mean - sure Headbutt (W) has more damage and scaling but you are a support and you dont need that and Headbutt without Q is bad (check the combos). Triumpthant Roar (E) gives you and your allies some health, while using it try to heal as much targets as possible. Unbreakable Will (R) is perfect for tanking turrets and also gives you some damage.
Combo W + Q. After you land your Headbutt (W), use Pulverise (Q) as soon as Alistar reaches the target, that way you will not knock him back (you don't want to do that unless you are trying to escape) but you will do the damage and knock him up instead. For begginers it is hard to time it but again you just need some practice. Landing Q to early will result you just crushing nothing and denying your own ability (W). Landing Q to late will result knocking him back and crushing nothing again, in some cases the get knocked back and up at the same time which is weird.
