For Runes I use

Greater Quintessence of Potency x3
Greater mark of Insight x9
Greater seal of Clarity x9
Greater glyph of Force x9

I took this because it gives me the best mobility end game

For Masteries I use 9/0/21, with 2x Utlity Mastery. Your jungler must give you always blue buff which gives you massive lane harassment.

For Summoner Spells I use Flash and Ignite. I feel this gives the best harassment in ur midlane. Xerath is an really good champion that can reach firstblood at level 2.

High Armor
Easy creep farmer

Cons:
I can't really think about any cons of this champ
