Some people would argue scaling MR Blues instead of flat, or scaling health yellows instead of armor, but these make you an absolute beast early game, where it really matters. That's why I like this.
Courage of the Colossus
CotC has been a valuable ally in lane, because of the shield I get from stunning an enemy. Let's say I throw a stun into a bush I can't see into. If my shield goes off, they're in the bush. Simple. I've tried
