Champion Build Guide
Dungeonmaster's Guide to the Summoners Rift
Do you love D&D? Is your favorite class Ranger? Specifically of the Hunter archetype? Then this guide may just be the right thing for you!
If you're wondering why have I specifically chosen the Hunter subclass, here's a little hint: you will be hunting. People. For sport.
This build has proven playable, and moderately to severely useful, at least in lower elos. Then again, if you're a high elo player you probably don't use guides.
With this being said, I wish you lots of fun and natural 20's both in D&D and the Rift. How do you want to do this, summoners?
Item comments:
Start items: "Is that a Doran's Ring?" you're probably asking me. Why yes, yes it is. This is a D&D ranger build, and that means BOTH magic and arrows. So we will basically be building a combo of AP and AD. To start this off I've found Doran's Ring to be the most helpful.
Full inventory: Now, you may think: This is too many items!" or "I can't build all of this in an average game!"
And you are absolutely right, honestly. But I'm putting all this as more of an "if all the lucky stars align and the divination wizard foresees a favorable future" kind of complete build. In truth what you should do is concentrate on attack speed first, and AP second. AD is a welcome bonus on all these items.
This is the recommended item order (and you probably won't get past Runaan's Hurricane before the game is won), but by all means, build according to your needs and enemy team composition. All of them are useful.
