This build was not created by me, however I noticed there were no real listings of the builds/guides he has bestowed upon this realm, so I have created this one for anyone who would like to use the build. If there are any changes to this in future streams please tell me in the comments.
A final note
This build is not meant to be taken as a real "how to play Jinx" build, and it is not recommended to use it in ranked, please don't do that to your team.
It is however viable in blind pick and quite fun, so go out there and make some investments.
