Yes this is edited together but its in the timespan of me playing this build for a few days.. pretty decent id say. All these games are legit, my best run so far is probably this. http://matchhistory.oce.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/OC1/144766379/200850637?tab=overview
Ok, so Draven is easily one of the easiest champs to get fed with and carry games, i've been recently putting alot of work into improving and this build has worked best, from Tyler1, I'll admit he can be toxic but aside from that he is mechanically advanced with Draven and has shared a working build and i've got the match history to prove it. Draven needs a good teamworking support, therefore i suggest you duo with a good friend or find a support you know plays well. Once you have that you can move into the details of dravens gameplay.

Laning with Draven consists of you needing to be aggresive early game. Your Q adds a
scaling % of AD to your attacks making you very powerful in the early game, you can win almost any 2v2 early game even if low you can make it work by using a heal and the dorans life steal to keep yourself alive. Focus the adc if they have a tanky support otherwise just drill who ever gets closer down. Try not to over extend or once fed try not to get too cocky in your lane, since a a few ganks later you will lose the advantage you have. Dravens axes work as, you click on an enemy to throw it as soon as it hits you click, left, right, back, forward and while you walk there it will land there so use this to your advantage and skillfully place your spots otherwise you could easily be stunned and eliminated. Once fed enough you can ask your support to start roaming since you have enough power to 1v2 the botlane and you also have masteries to fit that.

Farming with Draven is all about last hitting to not only trigger a passive that gives you extra stacks per kill/ picking up axe but to ensure the gold. Dravens passive is about spamming minions with your Q and after landing making sure to catch it for the extra stacks. You normally want around 100 stacks if not more by 6-7 minutes in, (if you haven't killed anybody yet)dying with Draven loses half hes stacks so try to avoid that happening since it can be a big disadvantage. Draven is a bit like Twisted fate since they can both scale gold easier, you get a big bonus for killing and withdrawing those stacks, it can give you a really big advantage in the early item build ups, and defending against ganks.

If you are under Silver like myself there is no point in practising this in normal's first head straight into ranked que and start using it but any higher elo players should experiment in normals before heading to ranked, remember i being bronze didnt make this, Tyler1 did who has been in Challanger with playing Draven only.

So the Youmuu's Ghostblade is what i wanna start of talking about first, It not only gives you an early advantage against tanky top's, and tanky supports since it gives not only AD, not only cool-down reduction but it can go with your Blood Rush (W), Your W gives you a % depending on level of attack speed and it stack with Youmuu's Ghostblade to have an insane amount of attack speed. Youmuu's Ghostblade also is there to help you chase down enemies running, avoid ganks easier, have an escape from enemy groups and stack with your Wm It's just too good not to use.

Moving onto Mercurial Scimitar, This item is great all around, any cc the enemy may have you
can avoid, it also helps against pesky supports such as morgana, lux and leona seeing as you can de-activate the stuns they use, it also gives you a minor speed boost which paired up with your other speed boost items can usually lead you to getting easier kills. It just works wonders in so many ways, and is a must have for dravens build the merc + youmuu's combo is perfect for draven although costing alot it pays you back.
