If you slow him, he'll just blink away. He's hard to hit with your w and ult if he has his e up. Abuse him if he blinks in to initiate or to farm.

Ashe is an ADC (Attack Damage Carry), or Marksman, usually played in the bottom lane with a support.
Pros / Cons

W has 1 AD scaling, so it's an auto attack
She's an adc with a slow, so she can auto attack more
Free Blue trinket after level 3 every 60 seconds.
Can assassinate after slowing with W or Q.
Guaranteed crit on first auto if you walk from base to tower.

Can be kited easily.
No escape.
If the slow expires before you can auto again, you lose the kill.
Passive sucks.
