For me this champ is a perma ban as she has way too much cc and damage. If you get hit by her Q then you will most likely die or you will have to burn all summoner spells.

Champion Build Guide
Early game
The first 4 to 5 levels you can take equal trade with most adcs. Once you back for pickaxe you will be behind on ad because most likely they will have a B.F sword.
Once you build manamune u can start taking trades more often as you will have more ad now.

Mid to late game
Your job is the same as most adcs, you help take objectives and try to finish the game. Here you will have built your first 3 core items and you will be able to deal heavy damage.
Teamfights
Normally you target the closest champion but maybe someone else takes priority like a fed adc who you may be able to kill.
I am not good enough to talk about positioning and all this but just make sure you are not in range for stuns and make sure you are far behind the tank when a fight starts as you will be one shot if you are on the frontline.

Conclusion
Senna has a weak stage which is when you back for your pickaxe but apart from that she scales really good. If you are in high elo you can make better use of her but i don't recommend her for those below gold as you will have to manage souls and farm.
