This is my first guide on this site.So I hope you like it. I love Ryze and I still do. He is probably the best carry in midlane. He is tanky and does a lot of damage.

Items

The Reasons I get these items in this order is because i start two Faerie Charms and 3 heath pots,so I can get an early chalice. First, I get Tear next for getting Arkangel's staff. Second, I rush Rod of Ages.Third, I get boots I get this third because Riot made it so that you don't have to get boots first or second. Then I actually get Arkangel's Staff. I finally get Athene's Unholy Grail. The only items I get last are Frozen Heart and Spirit Visage. I get Frozen Heart
for the armor and the mana. Spirit Visage is kind of a no-brainer because the passive it gives mostly but I get it for The Magic Resist .

Abilities

I do this ability order for multiple reasons. One reason is that I use this order because the passive CDR in his Q, his E's MR reduction,and his W probably the best snare other than lux's or morg's

Masteries

I use these Masteries because Most Ryze players go deep into Utility. I get the Bandit Mastery because if I miss a creep in lane I still get a little gold which is nice early game.

Runes

These are the runes I use but I recommend using your rune page if you think its better. I use these runes because i don't have any mana runes but I like it for a little more damage early game
and more resists.

Summoner Spells

I use Flash and Teleport because I am able to help get dragon and help top if he needs it. You can use Flash and Ignite if you want. Flash is a must though you can grab anything you want with Flash, that choice is yours.
