Introduction
Hi guys, this is my guide for 
Glacial Augment Ashe. This build will give you permanent slow and it can be really strong.
Runes
The main thing about this guide is of course new runes.
Glacial Augment is the key for this build. It will give you slow after your auto attack, and in combination with Blade of the Ruined King, you can activate the freeze ray.
Biscuit Delivery will help you with sustain. Future's Market will help you to get your Blade of the Ruined King as soon as possible, and to activate your rune keystone. Cosmic Insight will low your cooldown on splells and abilities and it will be really helpfull.I go for
Precision for second runes.
Triumph is generally good rune for ADC, it restore your health after takedown. Coup de Grace will increase your damage on low health targets, generally good rune for ADC.
Items
Blade of the Ruined King and Frozen Mallet Blade of the Ruined King will help you to activate your rune keystone, it will give you attack speed and lifesteal aswell. Frozen Mallet will give extra slow to your auto attacks, and make your slow very op.
