Seraphine is well-suited for beginners as she possesses a low skill ceiling. With reliable area-of-effect (AoE) and crowd control (CC), particularly when coordinated with teammates, she can function effectively as a secondary support even if she lags behind. Her potent poking abilities are delivered from a secure distance, and she demonstrates strong scaling in the late game.

Currently the best rune setup for Seraphine is the Summon Aery.
Sorcery rune page as your primary.
In the primary can change Scorch or Gathering Storm. But normally we will use Gathering Storm, but on SUPPORT runes we will use Scorch. But down I will explain every rune so you can see how it work :)
Seraphine secondary runes are very versatile, so it will be explained how it works!

Stage PresenceEvery third basic spell will cast twice from Seraphine. Additionally, casting spells near allies grants her bonus magic damage and range on her next basic attack.

High NoteSeraphine deals damage in an area.
W
Surround SoundSeraphine Shields and Hastes nearby allies. If she is already Shielded she will Heal nearby allies as well.
E
Beat DropSeraphine deals damage and impairs the movement of enemies in a line.
R
EncoreSeraphine deals damage and charms enemies hit, refreshing the range with every allied or enemy champion hit.
Throughout the laning phase, Seraphine can adopt an aggressive playstyle against melee matchups. Leveraging the enhanced damage from her basic attacks through Seraphine's notes encourages strategic trades with the enemy laner.
With the protective shield and movement speed boost from Surround Sound, Seraphine enjoys a relatively secure laning phase.Beyond Surround Sound Seraphine remains a mage with limited mobility, lacking dashes or escapes. To mitigate this vulnerability, use of Stealth Ward is crucial.
Seraphine truly shines in team fights, especially when paired with an enchanter support that allows her to maximize the benefits of Surround Sound. Mastering the Echo mechanic of Stage Presence can be the deciding factor between securing a kill and letting an enemy slip away.

Prioritize establishing vision around the Dragon area before its spawn. Adopt a cautious approach during team fights. When a skirmish erupts, unleash your ult, Encore, over your teammates to extend its reach and apply a stunning echo Beat Drop on the entire enemy team. This powerful combination.
Following the initial echo usage, consider utilizing the next one on an echo Surround Sound. As mentioned earlier, Surround Sound healing is more potent when teammates are low on health.
