Ryze
Ryze is the Equivalent of a Reverse Vladimir, a Cassiopeia, a Kog'Maw, and a Tham Kench put together. He will either get too weak to do anything, or powerspikes his way to victory in bold letters, due to how Stupidly powerful he can get. His Re-Rework has made him healthier to play, and a whole lot scarier then his prior form. Now Ryze is out for Blood and Teamfight potential due to how you can use your ultimate in many ways, especially for ganking at Dragon or Baron.
Intro: Re-Rework Ryze: No longer needs Tears of the Goddess?
(That is if this guide gets famous enough, but i'd doudt it would ever happen, but anyways. :P)
P.S. I love you, Phylol. <3
Now at first, you may think that this is a troll build, but instead it's the contrary. Think of this as his own version of being the "New Tank Ekko", but since he will no longer has neutral CDR to back him up, Tank Top Ryze will properly be back from the dead and give him opponent top laner some trouble. He will be focusing on his Armor and Mana first, and then focusing found into getting as much AP as possible afterwards which is the reason as to why his build will look so weird at first. I guess you could say that this Build is also pretty cheesy because he's getting both Mana and Armor with just half of his Build being completed, and just gets so unnaturally tanky for AD Champions to target him off.
Example Build: Example Build: Archangel's Staff, Mercury's Treads, Frozen Heart, Iceborn Gauntlet, Void Staff, Rabadon's Deathcap.
Mid Ryze:
Mid Ryze is what Riot is probably trying to do to focus him for his main lane. The Idea is that they want to make Ryze a powerful magical faceroll-like champion who can get super scary but he drains quite a chunk of his fuel if he isn't being careful. Much like Kog'Maw, Ryze can probably hypercarry like crazy if he gains the first blood advantage, or if the enemy mid laner makes too much mistakes, and just easily win mid like it was a complete breeze for him. Ryze needs to still stay alert for the enemy jungler to prevent him from getting ambushed, so he needs to play just a little bit more passive and not go too ham, up until the mid game, in my opinion.
Example Build: Rod of Ages, Sorcerer's Shoes, Morellomonicon, Frozen Heart, Void Staff, Rabadon's Deathcap
Support Ryze:
Now, Supoort Ryze is where he's going to lose most from his Powerspike, due to being forced to buy Tears at an Early-Mid Range of time, and he needs to survive more then anything. However, as time goes by for Ryze, he will go so much better onwards, and especially for helping out his ADC, but overall it depends if you want to anchor out your ADC to get as fed as Possible, or trying to cripple down the enemy bot Laners. Ryze may not be the most ideal 'support' for this game, but holy hell will he become scarier and scarier.
Example Build: Sightstone, Boots of Speed, Tears of the Goddess, Zeke's Harbringer, Ioanian Boots of Lucidity, Frost Queen's Claim, Hextech Protobelt-01, Archangel's Staff, Ruby Sightstone
Ryze of Ages?: Ofcourse there's going to be the new 'too op' idea where Ryze of Ages might be a little bit to crazy, but the theory is where he will have a 50/50 percent shot, on if will or won't powerspike just from building nothing but Rod of Ages. Riot May nerf the RoA just a little bit if it gets too much attention, to prevent anyone to make Ryze too monsterous, by making him both tanky because of the Health he is gaining, and too 'broken', because of the Mana and Ability Power, and because of his Passive. He can get busted for sure, but it's only when you can take the advantage. If you can't then personally, I think this build might not do for him, but hey! At least it was a theory thought. :p
Disaproval Skins: None.
For the Full Information: Ryze is a now a Monster. His Kit allows him to still be a Magical Machine Gun of Arcane, Runes and uhh... Rice, and his Ultimate allows him to make some of the most stupidest or gamebreaking hank Teleports in the entire game, since now everyone in his team can go to his teleporter, and gank up a Dragon, a Baron, or even a Surprising Ambush when the Enemy isn't looking. They polished the hell out of his kit to make him both healthier and more fun to play, and a whole lot scarier for LCS, due to his raw power Alone of his new potential. He can go MP Tanky, to Reverse-Vladimir Scary, and he'll still shred through his way to Victory if he gains enough advantages. Riot has done an outstanding work for Ryze, and I can't wait for him to be played and see him have a crazy 55% Win Rate, or something stupid like that.
