Hello and Welcome. This guide is made to help you master Morgana as a support, U will learn how to sipport your adc, and how to poke alot to enemy team. (Thit can be very anoying for enemy botlane, and deny farm for them)
I hope that you will learn all you need to know to master Morgana in this guide, comment and vote if you like the guide.

After the update, where Riot gor rid of Mana potions, it can be a little harder as a new Morgana to manage hers Mana use. One way to deal with this early game is to buy two of
Faerie Charm, the cost for one is 125g, so it's not so must, but can help you exstremly must. And the good thing, is that later in game you will use them for build. So instead of upgrade Spellthief early, you can go for
Faerie Charm to get mana regen.
When you use health potions, dont use them when you are under 25%, unless the potions can save you. The reason i say this is. If you go with the Masteries in my build you can see that
Perseverance
Masteri increase your health Regen with 200% when under 25%, so let it do the work if possible. But of course when you get over 25% health and think it's a good idea to you a potion, then do it. But be aware of this masteri.


When you use health potions, dont use them when you are under 25%, unless the potions can save you. The reason i say this is. If you go with the Masteries in my build you can see that


Passive - Soul Siphon
Morgana permanently has 10 / 15 / 20% spell vamp.

Q - Dark Binding
RANGE: 1175 SPEED: 1200 COST: 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 MANA COOLDOWN: 11
ACTIVE: Morgana releases a sphere of dark magic that travels in a line, dealing magic damage to the first enemy hit and temporarily Root icon rooting them.
MAGIC DAMAGE: 80 / 135 / 190 / 245 / 300 (+ 90% AP)
ROOT DURATION: 2 / 2.25 / 2.5 / 2.75 / 3

W - Tormented Soil
RANGE: 900 / 175 COST: 70 / 85 / 100 / 115 / 130 MANA COOLDOWN: 10
ACTIVE: Morgana infects the target area for 5 seconds, causing enemies who stand on the location to take magic damage every half second, increased by 0.5% for every 1% of the target's missing health
MINIMUM DAMAGE PER HALF SECOND: 8 / 16 / 24 / 32 / 40 (+ 11% AP)
MINIMUM TOTAL DAMAGE: 80 / 160 / 240 / 320 / 400 (+ 110% AP)

E - Black Shield
RANGE: 750 COST: 55 MANA COOLDOWN: 23 / 21 / 19 / 17 / 15
ACTIVE: Morgana shields the target friendly champion or herself for up to 5 seconds, absorbing magic damage and rendering her target immune to all crowd control while the shield holds.
SHIELD STRENGTH: 70 / 140 / 210 / 280 / 350 (+ 70% AP)

R - Soul Shackles
RANGE: 600 / 1050 COST: 100 MANA COOLDOWN: 120 / 110 / 100
ACTIVE: After a 0.5-second delay Morgana latches chains of energy onto nearby enemy champions, dealing initial magic damage. The tethers grant True Sight icon true sight of affected enemies and Slow icon slow them by 20%.
MAGIC DAMAGE: 150 / 225 / 300 (+ 70% AP)
Targets who did not leave the tether range after 3 seconds are Stun icon stunned for 1.5 seconds and dealt the same magic damage again.
Here you can see how and when to cast spells to harm or defend your teammates. (Specific ADC)
I will review each spell , and tell when to throw and how to throw to have the greatest possible chance of hitting.
Dark Binding
Q - Dark Binding
This spells is one of the main spells that you will need to master to be good at playing Morgana, if you can cast tge spell right, you can have a important role til get kills for your ADC.
As you can see, i Always start with this spell as Morgana. I do it because of the stun and damage that can make, a way to start a game by going to last bush in botlane, and when enemy botlaner are promoting so you can see them, it's an opportunity to cast a Q and hit the ADC, to do damage, and then your ADC can get some auto attacks in. A good way to have best hit chance on Q, is to do it with an angle, 45% from the bush.
Tormented Shadow
W - Tormented Soil
This spelle is the second important spell for damage and poke in lane. If you go with the itmes i recommand, this spell will help you earn a lot of money as Support. This spell go well with Spellthief, and Thunderlords.
Black Shield
E - Black Shield
This spell work to shield yourself or ADC. But your primary goal is to shield ADC if he/she go in fight, or os chased back to tower. To learn more, see combo.
Soul Shackles
R - Soul Shackles
This spell work best in Teamfights or when there are more then one enemy. Because if you ult, and the enemy get out of the circle, it will stop and the ult will go on full cooldown. To learn more, see combo.

The Q, W and E combo
This will be possible at level 3. And how you do is almos the same as before, you hit a Q, then W, then E (Shield) on ADC. In this way is it possible for the ADC to come closer to enemy ADC and Support to do damage, without getting must damage.
The Flash, Q, W and Zhonyas Combo (Maybe with E)
This combo is mustly made for teamfights. The way to use it is. First flash in enemy group, then if possible hit a champion with Q, then W under him. Next you ult and Zhonyas. If it's possible to shield a close teammate do it, if not don't. You will problably have to do this quickly, or you will get kill before you come to Zhonys. Last when you this combo and are in enemy group if the time is there, you can cast Exhaust on second champion to slow.
