Lets now start with our OP Immortal/Max Tenacity Leona Build guide and how to win games easier than ever!

Let’s start with WHY we are choosing this build overall something else, especially while we also got the IMMORTAL Leona build version (even as support) that from now on will be our second choice for items and style!
Our Immortal build is a combination of Sustain and item effects that will give your team everything they need to be victorious no matter the situation. With this build Leona become a really strong from early to full late game Tank/Support Champion. You will be able to tank an insanely big amount of damage against any Champion and help your team with what they need MOST, someone to do the engages, tank all the damage, CC all the enemies and win every single team fight while staying always alive!

For me Leona is by far the STRONGEST support (and not only) champion, the reason is simple and most people can't understand that. Leona has everything you need, 3 type of CC(and slow if you miss the center of your ultimate), damage and INSANELY BIG SUSTAIN from both AD and AP type damage cause of your W and Aftershock also her passive Sunlight allow your teammates to do an extra amount of damage FOR FREE!

But why to choose to play with the Immortal build? Cause this build use everything Leona has and take it to the next level. Leona always is a champion that will do the "engage" that means you will go IN FIRST, with our build no only you won't die by receiving close to zero damage, but also damage all the enemy team non-stop cause of our items

Leona Cooldowns for her skills are pretty low, you can use your Shield of Daybreak W and Zenith Blade tons of times in each team fights, what you need to secure that? NOT TO BE STOPPED by anything and to sustain an INSANELY big damage while doing that.
So in full build you will have the following stats:
4500+ HP, 50+ Ability haste, 30%+ Tenacity and a really big amount of Armor and Magic resist, heals and also shields from Unending Despair and Winter's Approach. But it’s not just that, cause of our runes choices you will have an even bigger sustain cause of Triumph this will give you % of your missing health back after each kill/assist you take, this means you will go in, fight as long as you want, kill 1 or 2 and get back again for the rest 3 and if that is not enough, we will have most of the times Warmog's Armor passive effect to heal us back to full hp within few seconds out of combat!


This build will make your favorite Leona to be STRONGER than EVER and will secure your wins even in the hardest games that the SUPPORT will make the difference.

We got two different set of runes one for Support and One for Top/Mid/Jungle lanes, what we are focusing on is on getting enough sustain, tenacity, INSANE DAMAGE and other useful effects for being the STRONGEST from early till full late game!

Lets talk about the combinations and why they are worth:


For the Support build version

Resolve + Precision

Aftershock One of the most powerful runes for Immortal type Support champions, this rune will give you a big amount of armor and magic resist after doing CC to your enemy, for Leona it means with 3/4 of her skills! The reason we are choosing this over Grasp of the Undying is cause as support you need to GO IN INSTANT and you wont have time to be in combat for 4 seconds to fully use the effect right away! The same apply as JUNGLER as well, if you are Top or MID, you will choose to follow the second build rune version that we will describe below!

Font of Life Bonus Heal for you and your ally after you CC a target and you will multiply that by 5-15% cause of Revitalize making you an unstoppable monster!

Conditioning Another useful and sustain pick, this is a MUST pick for our build, cause it will give a big amount of permanent armor/magic resist after 12mins of the game!

Revitalize This rune is super powerful and finally will be an option for Leona as well, cause now we got a shield effect with Fimbulwinter and a Heal effect with Redemption, making both of these effects to increase by 5-15%!!

For Precision

Triumph This will give you back % missing health, %max Hp Health and bonus gold of each Assist/kill you will be doing in the game. Super useful cause you will need it after engaging 1v5 all the time!

Last Stand Bonus damage while you are below 60%, meaning you will increase the damage you are doing around you, the more you fight!

or

Legend: Haste Bonus ability haste to spam your skills more


For the Top/Mid or Jungle (As Jungler You can play with both versions but choose Aftershock instead)

Resolve + Domination


Grasp of the Undying While being in combat you will have the ability to do % of your max HP as dmg and also heal of your % of your HP plus 5 bonus health each time you activating it, that means that you will become stronger and stronger the more you fight!
Demolish You can also go for Font of Life but if you want a more Solo approach then go for this rune instead to do bonus damage to the towers and get them faster in order to move to other lanes and start destroying all!!
Second Wind gain health regeneration equal to 3 (+ 4% of your missing health) over 10 seconds that together with Doran's Shield will make you have so much sustain from early till late game that you will be insanely powerful just cause of this combination of rune-item!
Revitalize Bonus 5-15% HEALS and SHIELDS, a must to have rune, that working incredible good with your Spirit Visage and Redemption that will help you survive against anything and if you got a support with a shield-heal like Janna Yuumi etc. will make you even STRONGER!!

For the secondary runes tree we got two different options!

Domination:

Cheap Shot Bonus True dmg after your CC, that means you will activate this rune non stop with Q-E-R making you use also true damage on your engages!
Or

Sudden Impact Bonus true damage after using your E, similar to cheap shot, both will be good to have!

Ultimate Hunter Bonus Ability haste for your Ultimate, our Solar Flare is one of our biggest weapons for our Immortal Leona, now we will use it FASTER and destroy them more EASIER while having a bigger impact in teamfights!!

And also Precision:

Triumph Missing HP Heal plus bonus gold for every kill/assist, you think the heal value is low for this rune, but in reality you will be gaining more than 500-600 HP per kill/assist, cause you will multiply this heal by Revitalize and Spirit Visage

Presence of Mind If you feel like having mana problems, then this rune is for you, giving you bonus mana after damaging your enemies!

So what these runes will give you, no matter if you choose the Solo Lane or Support versions? Insanely big sustain with combination of Armor/Magic resist bonuses, Tenacity that will make you walk your way to the team fights and useful runes effects that will make you unkillable!
Leona will always going to be one of the strongest champions in the game and with our Balorian’s style we made her EVEN MORE POWERFUL!

Now that you fully understood how to choose your runes, it's time to start understanding our Items!

Let’s start with the Items and our Items Strategy. I come up with this build after hundreds of different combinations, to create this final build that can’t lose vs ANYTHING and ANYONE!



This explanation will be for both Support and SOLO(Top/Mid or even Jungle) Roles, cause only the runes will be different (Check above) while item build will be the same only with small differences that you will for sure fully understand on your own as you continue reading!!


As support, you will always start with World Atlas and Health Pots with the new changes, the start support item is far stronger. You can last hit creeps or gain gold while hitting champions/towers with ease! Especially as Leona that you will engage non stop!

As Laner, you will start with Doran's Shield, this item is one of the MOST GOLD Efficient items in the game, will give you everything that you need to survive early and together with the Second Wind you will have a double regeneration effect to keep yourself healthy while fighting!

At your first back you will focus to have 900-1050 Gold, and you will buy Bami's Cinder and a Refillable Potion that you will keep almost all game long, this will give you bonus HP and damage around you!

Remember, if you wanna build Winter's Approach you can also get Tear of the Goddess when you got the chance either before finishing Bami's Cinder or afterwards! Cause we need to start stacking it in order to have the full stacks after we start buying our 4th item! So when to buy Tear of the Goddess is up to you, if you think you can stack it after you complete your first item, then go for it, if not, then buy it as early as possible without of course changing the core build order!!

If you are playing as support, then you will also focus on getting Bramble Vest while compeltely ignoring Tear of the Goddess and Winter's Approach, either way you already got your support item for mana regeneration and if you still feel like having problems, then you can change Triumph to Presence of Mind and be fine! The reason we are focusing on getting Bramble Vest as support, is to except have the bonus armor that will help us against the physical damage, to have a heal reduction effect to help our team denay a potential outplay from healing sources in teamfights!
As Solo laner, you can ignore Bramble Vest, except if you got champions with insane heal effects, like Aatrox, Olaf, Irelia etc.

The first Item that we will finish will be Sunfire Aegis this item will give you HP, ARMOR and a Burn Effect, as Leona you will fight non stop and always stick to the target to apply this burn effect! Also just like Bami's Cinder and of course your W, they will both help you farm and clear waves much easier!

Note now, another option is to go for Hollow Radiance, no matter if you are Bot or in a Solo Lane, now that more and more people picking full AP Champions, this item will be a great first item to help sustain against magic damage, without losing the amazing burn aoe damage effect from Sunfire Aegis

For our 2nd Core item will be Unending Despair this item will give you HP, ARMOR, ability haste and an amazing aoe champion damage and heal effect, so from so early into the game, not only you will have insane stats, but also a heal effect that will help you sustain more, meaning apply more damage, this damage effect scales with your HP, so the more you are going towards late game, the stronger you will become!

The next item for SUPPORT will be, Iceborn Gauntlet another powerful choice, as support you need to make the life of enemy's adc as hard as it gets, this item will give you this ability, bonus HP, Armor and a Damage plus Slow effect with each hit after using your skills, that means, that no matter what the target will have an extra slow effect on top of your INSANE CC that you got as champion!!

Now as 3rd item and only if you bought Tear of the Goddess (if not, ignore the item order to the next item), will start building one of the MOST OP items that exist for our Immortal builds, this will be Winter's Approach a super cheap item that will give you HP, Tons of MANA to spam your skills, %Mana to HP effect and NON-STOP SHIELDS every time you are using your(Q-E-R)skills to your enemies, that means in the entire teamfight, cause you will always have something to CC your enemies with (3 total skills)

If you got Bramble Vest cause you had lots of healing against you in lane, this item as it is will give us the heal reduction that we want, but, if you got lots of On-hit champions, like Yone, Yasuo or ADC champions like Ashe etc. then finish the item into Thornmail, this item will give you HP, ARMOR, Heal reduction but also a DAMAGE REPEL effect that will apply every time you got attacked by a basic attack!
Thornmail can be an option as 3rd item, if you didnt fully stack Tear of the Goddess to fully use the Winter's Approach effect!

As 4th Item for Solo Lane, we will choose to go for Spirit Visage, this item will give you bonus HP, MR, Ability haste and a huge %bonus heals and shields from any source, that will let us heal more and have bigger shields from our runes, items and jungle buffs, making us an unstoppable monster and cause we also playing with Revitalize these effects will be multiplied by 40%+

Now if you are playing as support Leona, then you got lots of 4th item options, that depends what you wanna as final result, its up to you to decide:

1. Spirit Visage if you wanna, or go for a support item Redemption, this item will give you hp, ability haste, mana regeneration, bonus HEALS and SHIELDS and an AOE HEAL and TRUE DAMAGE Active effect, to help you and your allies survive longer but also damage your enemies!

2. Jak'Sho, The Protean One of the most powerful, if not the Strongest for Immortal Builds, this item will give you everything that you need to overpower all, HP, Armor, Mr and a passive effect that will increase your armor/mr even further that will stack with Aftershock, W and Conditioning that will multiply your armor and magic resist more than ever!

3. Abyssal Mask This item is also incredibly OP, you will have bonus HP, MR, Ability haste and an AOE % Bonus Magic Damage effect that will help YOU and YOUR allies do more magic damage, now if you got also Unending Despair you will increase your damage that you are doing from that item as well, that means you will ALSO INCRESAE YOUR HEALS from the item making you even stronger!

4. Unending Despair Bonus HP, Armor, Magic resist, Ability haste, damage and heal effect towards enemy champions, perfect as full build for Immortal Leona Bot lane, cause it will give you the heal effect that you need to survive and overpower any champion in teamfights!

5. Warmog's Armor We cant have this item out of the list, this item will give you insane HP, Ability haste, movement speed and a out of combat heal effect that will let you go full hp within seconds while being out of combat, as support support, for you to engage and then to need to engage against after a few seconds is a MUST, instead of being unable to do so cause of the low amount of or being dead, Warmog's Armor will give you the ability to always be full hp and ready to fight no matter what!!


Now that we finished our 4 Core Items, we got the following items for our FINAL IMMORTAL Leona FORM:


If you are a support, then you already got the sup item to fill the last item spot with Celestial Opposition the only and most powerful support item that exist for the Immortal Builds


As Top Laner, you got multiple choices as last items that you can see below:

1. Jak'Sho, The Protean One of the most powerful, if not the Strongest for Immortal Builds, this item will give you everything that you need to overpower all, HP, Armor, Mr and a passive effect that will increase your armor/mr even further that will stack with Aftershock, W and Conditioning that will multiply your armor and magic resist more than ever!

2. Riftmaker, as Leona with the items we talked above, you already got SUSTAIN and DAMAGE there are no champions that can hope to kill you and what you can add as last item is Riftmaker, an item that will give you AP, HP, Ability haste, HP to AP effect, bonus damage effect and an OMNIVAMP EFFECT that will let you HEAL from the insane damage you are doing!

3. Warmog's Armor One of the Most powerful items into this game, giving you a huge amount of HP, ability haste and HP regen plus the ability to always be full hp if you are out of combat with almost a fountain heal speed, making it useful if you want to continue fighting non-stop even after you left with 1hp!

4. Liandry's Torment another powerful item that will work great with Riftmaker and if you wanna you can ignore Thornmail or Winter's Approach to buy BOTH of Riftmaker and Liandry's Torment for the following stats.
Bonus AP, HP, 2x bonus %damage effects and on top of Heal to have an AOE BURN EFFECT that will be applied with your skills, making you an absolute beast, if you go in, on any target, be it tank or squishy, you will be able to melt them with ease within seconds!

4. Abyssal Mask This item is also incredibly OP, you will have bonus HP, MR, Ability haste and an AOE % Bonus Magic Damage effect that will help YOU and YOUR allies do more magic damage, now if you got also Unending Despair you will increase your damage that you are doing from that item as well, that means you will ALSO INCRESAE YOUR HEALS from the item making you even stronger!

5. Redemption An item that lot of people think only meant for Support, while it will give you super cheap stats with a very powerful active effect, Ability haste, mana regen, hp, bonus HEALS and SHIELDS plus a huge amount of heal for you and your alllies while damaging the enemy team with a % TRUE DAMAGE AOE EFFECT!



So for Leona Top/MID/Jungle the build will look like these:

Sunfire Aegis Unending Despair Mercury's Treads Winter's Approach Spirit Visage Jak'Sho, The Protean Elixir of Iron

Or

Sunfire Aegis Unending Despair Thornmail Mercury's Treads Spirit Visage Jak'Sho, The Protean Elixir of Iron



And for Leona Support the build will look like these:


Sunfire Aegis Iceborn Gauntlet Thornmail Mercury's Treads Redemption Celestial Opposition Elixir of Iron

Or

Sunfire Aegis Iceborn Gauntlet Thornmail Mercury's Treads Jak'Sho, The Protean Bulwark of the Mountain Elixir of Iron
