*****This build is not for people learning Fiora*****
You kind of need to understand how to take full advantage of Fiora's passive and innate healing for this one.
If you know Fiora this build allows you to waltz up to the enemy team carries and kill them while giving you the sustain to take on big tanks and even fed Nasus champs.
So many people will ask first off, "Why the **** Titanic?" And you may have teammates question that decision too but bear with me, you won't hear a peep out of them after you get a triple off of a 3v1.
The reason why Titanic is so important for this build is that it depends on health for your sustain as well as your damage.
The passive for Titanic scales off of health so the more health you have the more damage you have. Not to mention that the longer you're in fights the more stacks of Fervor you gain.

*****You have to know how to abuse Fiora's passive!*****
This is not a build that allows you to just sit and auto-attack the enemy. You have to be aware of where the vital points are at all times (know that the passive will always move from top-right to bottom-left and vice-versa).
First of all if you're not taking vital points you're not playing Fiora right. Second that's where the main part of your sustain and damage (true damage!) is going to come from.
Learn the exact range of Q so that you can destroy the enemy team. With Frozen Mallet or Dead Man's Plate you will also proc the passive on those slowing the enemy and making them easy fodder for you as they can't get away from you between those item passives and the slows from your W and E.
Don't forget that you can use W to hit vital points!
Ignite is actually a really important summoner for Fiora since it can mean the difference between getting the heal from your ult, getting a kill and watching the enemy champion walk away with 15 health. Flash is of course always acceptable but if you keep good enough vision your Q is usually enough to get you out of most situations. Regardless you should have Teleport, your team just needs the pressure that it can provide.
Also I don't know if this is a bug or not that Riot will some day fix but you can also hit enemies in bush that you don't have vision on with Q. I'm not sure if this is because the Q will hit if you start the animation before they enter bush or what but it's a good thing to know when chasing squishy carries.
