You do not need Ghost if you've Righteous Glory. CD of this item is smaller and give you more advantage.
If you wonna try something alse, on place of Flash, take ignite.

His strong sides, to be empowered, are:
- Shield
- Heal
- Ability power
He is considered to be ranged champ, but with a very short range of 300. For this reason we take no relic shield. It is hard to kill minions with Relic shield if you are ranged.
Antient coin is prefered first item. It gives you money and HP recovery each minion dies nearby. Perfect for you.
You gonna close Eye of Oasis and CDR boots as soon as possible. Your line will be ganged as hell so need to:
1. WARD!
2. COUNTER WARD!
Why?! Becouse:
1. Clearle you are premade
2. You are new champs so gonna be hated + new champs are always anbalanced.

You will not need tham.
1. For escape you will always follow your lover and Knight's Vow will help you to run away.
2. FOr going in another side - to kill, you will use Righteus GLory bonus speed + your Ulty. Both will simply make you fly on enemies and more additional speed will simple makes you go grazy, panic and click in some wrong direction. You are fine like this. Tanky, Usefull, fast to pull and to push.

1. I almost never use items to activate (wards only).
2. It is better do not take damage that heal it.
With this 3 core items your CDR is equal to 40%. No more CDR is needed.

Why i maximise Q before W.
In this game every champion have a primal damage skill. This is the skill with a minimum of CD, litle mana cost and... dmg ofcouse.
Rakans Q is always up, after he reached 45% of CDR. This is the reason i maximise my Q first and this payed in game. Try yourself.
I oftem maximise my Q first, if i'm playing with poke ADC tipe in my team, aginst kill champs tipe in enemy team.
For every other games my mate feel better to play with the shield maxed first.
