Introduction

When starting off jungling I always go in a specific order of camps. For me the new jungle is harder before your first or second recalls. Normally I start gromp, holding smite until the end of the leash so there is a slight better leash provided. Next I go to blue buff using the 5 stack passive on Rengar's Q. Next depending whether or not I see the enemy jungler I take out scuttle in bot/top river depending on which side we are. This allows for a bit of vision for our team, along with a small amount of health regen to assist red buff. Red buff is the next target before recalling, feel free to use your smite whenever, I normally wait until I am somewhere below 300 health. Always be careful of enemy invasions as they do tend to happen. lol
Pros: Rengar is able to easily burst a champion of their health, dealing massive amounts of damage in a very short period of time. Ganking lanes is very easy with bush control or ult. You may decide the fate of the game depending on how much you single out mid lane/ad carry.
Cons: Sometimes not very useful if easily bursted or crowd controlled. If behind it can sometimes be difficult to put yourself in the carrying position.

Rengar's Passive includes the ability to gain one stack of Ferocity which can be used to empower one of his abilities (Not including his ultimate). When using an empowered Q Rengar deals enhanced damage along with gaining a boost of attack speed for a short period of time. The empowered W heals Rengar for a considerably moderate amount. An empowered E roots the target hit, similar to that of a Maokai W (Twisted Advance).
The best possible combo for Rengar would include Ulting first R, then activating Youmuu's Ghostblade, activating your Q, hopping onto the target while at the same time using your Ravenous Hydra, using your Q again or using your Ebola to keep the target from escaping.
This combo can we modified in many different ways, such as implanting your w so you will take less damage by increasing your armor/magic resist. Or once landing throwing your Ebola to instantly root your target. If a Randuins was bought once you land you can also activate that to intensely slow your enemies.

Thank you for taking your time to look through my build. These are always just suggestions and can be altered to your liking. If there is anything you would like me to add or change please let me know and I will try my best. I hope this is able to help out some people who are in need of a new League Ranking! Good luck in the jungle and remember to always avoid bushes in case theres a rengar creeping around.
