This champ is one of the most major threat, its first will dodge your attacks and has an unfair advantage to him when he has ult. I suggest to take a thornmail and a cc champ to be with you.

Introduction
Anyway, apologize for my english and the missing contents. This is my 2nd post so I'm gonna try my best to distribute all the guides I put according to this champion.
Items
A very important item for Urgot for speed and lethality. I suggest to never skip this item because you cannot follow enemies, its passive will help you catch up enemies and kill squishy champs quickly.
Randuin's Omen
Why did I replace Mallet with Omen? Mallet is an early item to stack hp and slows enemies but its hard to get on defense and lessen crits. Omen is the best choice IMO, use 3rd skill to an enemy then activate omen and just shoot the heck out of that champ
Lord Dominik's Regards
Lethality is a must so take LDR for this one. Taking on tanky champions are harder without this item.
Thornmail
You gotta hate adcs especially Master Yi (hate him so much). Since you got armor already, Thornmail is needed for fed adcs.
Gargoyle Stoneplate
This will give you a well balance defense and good for escaping if you're getting beat up by a bunch of gang up champs. It supports the W skill pretty well because of its barrier adding the active skill of GS, BE INVINCIBLE!
Adaptive Helm
Akali,Cass,Katarina,Lux and other spammers. You know you need to have this item, great MR and good passive supporting your W.
Skill Sequence
Use only this sequence if you want to go all out. It is beneficial for Urgot to kill quickly but it's hard to retreat since you don't have any skills.
Q-W-E-Omen-R
Mostly do this sequence when you're near the enemy since there's no ghost involved. Just be sure to avoid cc skills and dodge the heck out of ap skills.
Ghost-W-R
If you're farmed, fed and want to escape well then do this sequence. Once again, avoid cc champs. Go for the backstab for this one so escaping is inevitable.
Team Work
Go for the squishy champ or last life as possible. When everyone is engaging, kill those kind of champ and use your R to terrify others. This will give you the upper advantage to kill the whole enemy team, just watch out for Yi still.
Fighting while Jungler is Ganking
As soon as your Jungler gank, immediately strike and lure the enemy to your Jungler. Be sure that there's no flash and have your E ready.
