Kassadin Build Guide : [S11] Kassadin - The Void Walker (WIP)

I made this whole thing while waiting in queue for New World. This is still a WIP.

Hello! My name is Alibyes. I am a one trick who wants to share his knowledge to newer players. I have over one game on Kassadin on multiple accounts. I have been playing him since late season 11. In this guide I will teach you everything you will ever need to know when it comes to Kassadin including how to build him and how to play him through out a game.

Riftmaker

is a scaling items that provides you with extra Ability Power and Omni Vamp after completing an item.

UNIQUE Passive: For each second in combat with champions, deal 3% bonus damage, stacking up to 3 times for a maximum of 9%. While this effect is fully stacked, convert 100% of the bonus damage into true damage.

Mythic Passive: Empowers each of your other Legendary items with 2% omnivamp, and 8 ability power.

Everfrost

is a scaling items that provides you with extra Ability Power after completing an item.

UNIQUE Passive: Hitting an enemy champion with 2 separate attacks or abilities within 1.5 seconds deals 6% of target's maximum health as bonus physical damage and grants you 15% bonus movement speed and a (180 for Melee / 90 for Ranged) (+(40% for Melee / 20% for Ranged) bonus attack damage) shield for 2 seconds ((8 for Melee / 16 for Ranged) second cooldown).

Mythic Passive: Empowers your other Legendary items with 4% armor penetration.

Seraph's Embrace

is a scaling items that provieds you with extra Ability Power after completing an item.

UNIQUE Passive: Gain ability power equal to 5% maximum mana.

UNIQUE Passive: Increase your maximum mana by 5% (+2.5% per 100 ability power).

Frozen Heart

reduces enemy attack speed, makes you tankier, and lastly it gives a ton of mana with which in turn give you more mana.

UNIQUE Passive: Every incoming instance of post-mitigation basic damage is reduced by 7 (+3.5 per 1000 maximum health), maximum 40% reduction each.

UNIQUE Aura: Cripples the attack speed of nearby enemies by 20% (700 radius).

Rabadon's Deathcap

is the core item of Kassadin. Rabadon's Deathcap paired with , and (or ) makes you a complete monster in the late game.

UNIQUE Passive: Increase your ability power by 35%.

Passive

Void Stone - Kassadin takes 15% reduced magic damage and ignores unit collision.

Q Ability

Null Sphere - Kassadin fires a void bolt, interrupting channel spells and dealing 65 / 95 / 125 / 155 / 185 (+70% of ability power) magic damage to the target enemy while granting himself a shield that absorbs 40 / 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 (+30% of ability power) magic damage for 1.5 seconds.

W Ability

Nether Blade - Passive: Kassadin's basic attacks draw energy from the void, dealing 20 (+10% of ability power) bonus magic damage. Active: Kassadin charges his Nether Blade, causing his next basic attack to deal 70 / 95 / 120 / 145 / 170 (+80% of ability power) bonus magic damage and restore 4 / 4.5 / 5 / 5.5 / 6% of his missing mana (increased to 20 / 22.5 / 25 / 27.5 / 30% against champions).

E Ability

Force Pulse - Kassadin draws energy from spells cast in his vicinity, gaining a charge whenever a spell is cast near him. Upon reaching 6 charges, Kassadin can use Force Pulse to deal 80 / 105 / 130 / 155 / 180 (+80% of ability power) magic damage and slow enemies by 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 % in a cone in front of him for 1 second.

R Ability

Riftwalk - Kassadin teleports to a nearby location dealing 80 / 100 / 120 (+40% of ability power) (+2% of maximum mana) magic damage to surrounding enemy units. Additionally, each subsequent Riftwalk in the next 15 seconds costs double the amount of mana and deals 40 / 50 / 60 (+10% of ability power) (+1% of maximum mana) additional damage. The cost and damage can stack up to 4 times. Kassadin's mana debuff duration now displays on R's border

Please for the love of god stack it before you fight with it.

is probably one of the most underrated Summoner Spells. It can shield you for 95 + (20 per level) for 2 seconds which can make a difference in a 1v1. If you can win the 1v1s in the early game then you are almost 100% guaranteed to win that game, because 's late game is insane. I recommend you use it around 150-200 health depending on who you are going against. If it is someone with an execute you are able to mitigate its damage with barrier.

's laning phase is extremely rough into anyone with a high amount of poke.

's main goal is to hit level 16.

has one of, if not the best late game power spike out of every champion. Kassadin is sometimes referred to as Kassawin, because it is known that when he hits level 16 he can solo carry 90% of his games.
