Runes for
Jinx are pretty standard for ADC. Some people like building one
Quintessence of Life Steal, but i believe that with
Warlord's Bloodlust
you have enough sustain in lane, and in late you have a
Bloodthirster so life steal isn't a problem. You can also mix MR blues with Scaling MR blues for a little increase in stats late game.

Like most ADCs, 18-12-0 best suits Jinx, and you can choose between
Warlord's Bloodlust
and
Fervor of Battle
. Personally i prefer warlords bloodlust for the safer and more sustained early and early-mid game, however, i believe that late game,
Fervor of Battle
is the stronger option of the two. If you are new with
Jinx or are against someone with a lot of poke, take
Warlord's Bloodlust
, but if you know you are playing with someone who you won't have a hard time beating, go for
Fervor of Battle
for the extra damage.
Battle Trance
is really strong on
Jinx, as it combines with the attack speed from
Pow-Pow, the Minigun and the damage bonus from
Fishbones, the Rocket Launcher.
Secret Stash
is a better option of the three, as you share lane with your supp, making
Assassin
useless , and don't usually have your jungler give you buffs, so
Runic Affinity
isn't the best option.

Skill maxing with
Jinx is relatively straightforward,
Switcheroo! first, for the extra damage and range, as well as more attack speed. Second you max
Zap!, as it scaled with 140% of your AD, unlike you
Flame Chompers! which you max last since it scales with AP. Max
Super Mega Death Rocket! whenever you can.

Farming is core to play
Jinx, as she is based on farming until you have the items you need to deal high amounts of damage to enemies in team fights.
Runaan's Hurricane really helps with farming a lot in terms of speed, and a
B. F. Sword before a
Runaan's Hurricane will both increase you damage with rockets and help last hit with more ease. If you have trouble farming, i recommend going into a custom and trying to farm until 100-150cs every once in a while.
Farming Goals:

Farming Goals:
Since you are the ADC, it is only natural that the enemy will focus you because you are your team's main damage source. With
Jinx fight with
Fishbones, the Rocket Launcher if it is a teamfight, so as to deal heavy AOE damage. If you need a little bit more dueling power, the bonus attack speed from
Pow-Pow, the Minigun really helps in skirmishes, as it stacks quickly. Remember that it is important to rock your passive and use it to its full potential, one kill/assist can lead to an easy teamfight.
