I have no clue.
Before you ask, no, I have never played Sett.
Yes, you might count this as just a troll pick for the support role, but I think it has some potential, not a lot, but certainly has some, for example not needing mana is a great upside! Or the fact that he gains health regeneration the lower his HP is, meaning that he has some sustain built into his kit, which I think makes him a good support pick. Plus his W shield is just insane.
Please try this build once and give me your honest opinion about it, because I have no clue what I am doing with my life.
