Shen things and what not
Throw q and smite with targon. otherwise when you throw q and proc targons; no health is regained. also smite will guarantee big minion every time (unless your awful).
Jungle start:
Halp jungle early by tanking first two hits then throw q and head to blue or red buff. when jungler is a few feet from u throw q and smite on to buff and go to lane.
Team:
Shen is more of a disengage champion when facing a blitz crank or team of assassins. co-operate with top or mid tell them to go inn if you think you can win the battle. warn your adc before launch and push wave if possible. with hydra and cinder you can push waves also.
