Next Patch Rylais cristal scepter is getting a buff.And i think Will work supper on permaFrost shyvana (only with the ice skin tho)
Buff:
Cost from 3k to 2.6k HP 350 to 400 AP 90 to 75.
The meta will change to have Cheap shot And revenus hauter like second rune.
With the build path (frost fire,ionian boots,crystal scepter)
