Hi, thats me, Support Main since some seasons. I really like trying out some different support picks from time to time like recently Kayle and Syndra!
You will think "Why play Syndra support?"
From time to time Syndra Support even appears in Pro Play. Since a few weeks, there are these popular freeze builds used by Veigar, Ahri and some more champs. The reason for this is, the freeze items like Hextech GLP and Spooky Ghosts are insanely cheap and still provide good stats AND the active skills! Now, what does syndra offer? A stun! A really good stun with the possibility to land it on more members. Damage! You are a real threat to the enemy adc!
Now, with glacial augment and the freeze items, your crowd control is insanely high and can really change the outcome of teamfights! Your scaling is very good, in the lategame you still are a real threat to squishy enemies. And your early game and especially lvl 2,3 powerspyke and your lvl 6 powerspyke are insanely good! The same with item powerspykes, i personally prefer going for the Spooky ghosts first, because this item is so insanely cheap and still provides this huge slow when it hits the enemies! If your jungler pings you and tells you he is coming bot and he is in range, you just spend your spooky ghosts out, both enemy laners are insanely slowed and afterwards you land your stun and you collapse on them! What i have noticed as well, you provide a really good disengage with your Stun and you can really save your adc at enemy tower dives! If you have some skill with Syndra and land your E you stun the enemy champion while he dives you and he is dead! :)

I just wanted to share my Idea with you guys here and maybe anyone of you loves playing support syndra as well or wants to share his thoughts about this build with me.
