Using your Q to farm is essential, but make sure you're getting the most out of it. It's very easy to run out of mana. Try and play safe, but if you're confident you can take advantage of your level one and the fact that your enemies won't know what to do against soraka top. Use Q to sustain and E to poke without damaging minions.
