Introduction
I have been playing Irelia from the end of season 4 till now. I just wanted to share the build that I use most of the time. It is by no means the best but It works well for an assassination playstyle.
Spells
I take Ignite for Champions that have a crazy amount of heal in a short period of time ( Mundo, Nasus, Renekton, etc. )
Exhaust should be taken for Champions who are reliant on burst Attacks ( Akali, Zed, Renekton,etc ) I rarely take this as Irelia is Tanky enough to deal with them.
Ability Sequence
For Melee Champions You should Take Equilibrium strike at level 1 and Bladesurge for Ranged AP Champions.
Some people prefer to max Equilibrium strike first but it is very situational. ( Riven is a good example )
