His E is negates your Q and R damage so use your E to reduce the damage he's doing when in his E. After that your sustain wins you the duel. Post-6 with Triforce, he can out-DPS your sustain and reduce a lot of your damage with his R, so avoid trying to 1v1 him unless your distinctly ahead.
