Ad is better in most cases. Though some champs like Lee Sin also benefit from some ArmPen as it helps him clear and gank.

To Nicks post. Atk speed is nice and macetes buffed atk speed but most commen junglers have either good ad scalings or an atk speed steroid. It isn't worth it to go Atk speed n most cases.

for tank junglers:
AP blues and quints
Armor reds and seals.

for others:
AS reds
Armor seals and quints
Armr/Mres blues

may need changes.

Attack speed runes on almost everyone

Attack speed and ad usually.

Attack speed is good mostly for people who have on hits or someone like skarner or shvana who can use it to clear fast and reduce cds.

AD For 80% of the AD junglers. dont need to penetrate those jungle monsters, + ad scaling on skills like Lee Sin since it scales with AD but does magic damage.
