It carried on because you and like one or two other people kept arguing even though everyone else agreed you were wrong. and besides I didn't even mention which side I was on in my original post. I said don't start it again, because it's a stupid argument. And why is it stupid? Because everyone just kept saying the same things over and over and neither side made any ground. There is no reason to even discuss it anymore, if anyone wants to look it over again they can go look it up.
@Shuru: Never said it had to be done here, but MyRepublic spoke in general. I wasn't even planning on doing so, I just stated a remark with regard to this topic. Satella chose to respond to that, happens.

Or lower the CD when you're attacking monsters.

as in basic attacks on monsters lower the cooldown of smite? then were gonna see a lot of AS junglers instead of CC/tanky junglers which would basically put people like Maokai and Naut nowhere in the game, and make Nocturne and Xin a constant pick and ban because of their synergy with AS, if you dont mean basic attacks lower the cooldown of smite then what do you mean if im wrong?

Actually a very good idea
2 gold per camp is nothing; junglers won't get anywhere close to lane gold with that. Back in the beginning of S3 I tried jungle Gangplank rushing Avarice Blade with a TF on our team, farmed as much as possible, and I still had less gold than the top lane
