Introduction
Well, as you might know, Taric isn't really picked much because he is not in the meta right now. Don't be sad yet, because most people don't even know how to play against Taric.
Taric is one of the few champions to have "natural armor" like Malphite, plus, he has a heal. AND OH MY GOD IS HE OP NOW WITH THE REWORK
You might be thinking: "Well, it's pretty simple", and in fact, it's not.
Ok, first of all it's pretty obvious to say it's E, then rightclick to death, and then spam all your spells continously to get that passive proc at all times.
Believe me, this is actually NOT a troll build, your early damage willbe very good and believe me when i say you will never see such an awesome Taric again.
Before we get to the Item Build we will see the Spells first.
NOT UPDATED YET. NOT UPDATED YET.
Passive - Gemcraft
After using an ability, Taric's next basic attack deals bonus magic damage equal to 20% of Taric's armor and reduces his abilities' cooldown by 2 seconds.
Okay, it's pretty important for you to remember that cooldown reduction because it will make your combo spammable. You'll notice that the passive is active when Taric's hands are glowing blue. The cooldown reduction works when you hit minions as well with the passive.
Q - Imbue
ACTIVE: Taric channels earthen energy to heal a target allied unit. As the magic flows through them he is healed for the same amount. If Taric heals only himself, the heal will be 40% more effective.
HEAL: 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 (+ 30% AP) (+ 5% bonus health)
SELF HEAL: 84 / 140 / 196 / 252 / 308 (+ 42% AP) (+ 7% bonus health)
You should start with this at Level 1, mostly to have a constant sustain in early game and to heal the jungler :D
At first level your Q will heal you 60-70 hp, which combined with the healing mastery it's a pretty good sustain. Or if you wish you can start with the W to get that additional 10 armor.
W - Shatter
PASSIVE: Taric reinforces his armor with gemstones, increasing his armor while Shatter is off cooldown. He also gains a 500-range aura increasing his armor and allied champions' armor by 12% of his total armor.
ARMOR: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30
ACTIVE: Taric shatters his gemstones, dealing magic damage to nearby enemies within 200 range and reducing their armor for 4 seconds.
MAGIC DAMAGE: 40 / 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 (+ 20% armor)
ARMOR REDUCTION: 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 (+ 5% armor)
YOU HAVE TO MAX THIS. Your W is your natural armor and one of your most powerful spells. It deals a lot of damage at max level and can help you waveclear really fast, plus it makes your passive much stronger. This is the reason why AD Taric is not afraid of Darius and Riven.
E - Dazzle
ACTIVE: Taric fires a prismatic sphere at a target enemy. On impact the target is stunned and takes magic damage that increases the closer the target is to Taric (up to 200%).
Missile Speed: 1400
STUN DURATION: 1.2 / 1.3 / 1.4 / 1.5 / 1.6
MINIMUM MAGIC DAMAGE: 40 / 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 (+ 20% AP)
MAXIMUM MAGIC DAMAGE: 80 / 140 / 200 / 260 / 320 (+ 40% AP)
Not much people know that if you press and hold your E it will deal more damage as well, and this is what makes AD Taric viable, the fact that it is a stun from afar.
Basically you stun with your E, you attack them with the already activated basic attack passive, and then W, and another basic attack with the passive, and this makes a HUGE amount of damage (at least from level 4 and up).
R - Radiance
ACTIVE: Taric slams the ground with his hammer, dealing magic damage to enemies within range. For the next 10 seconds, Taric emits an aura of light that increases his attack damage and ability power, while allies within 500 range gain half of those bonuses.
MAGIC DAMAGE: 150 / 250 / 350 (+ 50% AP)
SELF ATTACK DAMAGE & ABILITY POWER BONUS: 30 / 50 / 70
AURA ATTACK DAMAGE & ABILITY POWER BONUS: 15 / 25 / 35
You hit level 6, now you're the real deal. The combo with AD Taric stays the same, but try to use a lot more the E so that your enemy doesn't escape from your grip.
You MUST use your R at all Team fights to increase your team's damage and also yours, this will make it much easier for you and your team to deal more damage.
Now, the combo i like to do is:
E - AUTOATTACK - R - AUTOATTACK - W - AUTOATTACK. Your R lasts a long time, so probably your opponent must have lost more than half of his life with that combo (if you landed every attack).
It is very important to Autoattack between your spells to get cooldown reduction and have your spells again as soon as possible, this way you can repeat your combo.
If your enemy doesn't die from the combo and you run out of mana, you have no choice but to autoattack'em to death, believe me, your opponent is gonna have a pretty bad time.

TRINITY FORCE
Okay, basically Trinity Force is the "a lot more damage" version of the Iceborn Gauntlet, not only does it give you the better version of the Sheen Passive and AD, but it gives you CDR, AS, Rage Passive, Health, 20% Crit Chance and Mana.
All of these stats are very useful with someone as Taric. Melee fighting becomes so much more smooth. (I got the idea from AD Alistar)
Frozen Heart
It's the most essential item in the build with Trinity Force, this item combined with Trinity Force makes an extremely OP Iceborn Gauntlet replacement.
Dead Man's Plate
The Dead Man's Plate is a great addition to the inventory, because it gives you health, a lot of armor and amazing passives.
You will use Dead Man's Plate's Passive to run faster (GOTTA GO FAST), this will help you reach your enemies faster after you stun them, and also the CRUSHING BLOW will slow them a lot and help you have them at your grip even longer. Thanks to this item it is very hard for our opponents to escape.
Berserker's Greaves
Even with the AS given by the Trinity Force, you still attack pretty slow, and AS with crits it's almost necessary, plus, with the movement speed given by the Dead Man's Plate's Passive you won't even need more movement speed.
NOTE: Taric starts at level 1 with 340 Movement Speed, so yeah, that's why you do not need so much MS.

RAVENOUS HYDRA OR TITANIC HYDRA
Both Hydras are useful because of one reason:
The CLEAVE passive.
This makes your waveclear a LOT more easier, it expands your damage.
And not only that, both Hydras boost your AD and survibability via Life Steal or
just HP and a sick HP regen.
Infinity Edge
You should only build this item or Essence Reaver when your not dealing enough damage (which is not very often in late game). This item will boost your AD and crits a LOT, and it will make sure you have a lot powerful and fast crits.

NOT UPDATED YET. NOT UPDATED YET.
-In the first minutes of the game your damage will be very low, because Taric will only have his E, W and Passive to deal damage, and Taric's skills do not deal good damage without the proper items.
-Avoid trades and play defensive until you get Sheen or Zeal and have at least 3 or 2 points on your W.
-Taric is great at escaping ganks.
-If you are against a Shen or a Riven or any character that has shields at all, wait for their shield to pass before attacking them, if you attack them with their shield on, around 15% of your damage will be completely lost.
-If you are facing a champion that pokes a lot, try maxing Q instead of W first, that way you can recover instantly.
-Taric is very tanky even without bonus armor, so do not worry about rushing Trinity Force first.
-If you want to help your teammate with the kill to get an assist but you can't reach the enemy, heal your teammate, that way you get the assist anyways and make sure you teammate doesn't die when fighting.

I have not tried this on ranked games yet.
I know these are not the best runes to start with, and i still have to discover what are the best runes for this build.
This build is pretty tanky and deals tons of damage, i literally have lost 1 single game with this build.
Most of the times your damage will be too high and you will outsustain the enemy because of your masteries, your Q and W, so yeah, don't be afraid of Darius.
You have so much sustain and damage, you will think "Why didn't i build this before"?
I personally recommend going Iceborn Gauntlet with Manamune or Trinity Force with F. Heart and a Hydra (Both are useful)
I am very sorry for my bad english, i'm from Latin America South. Silver III.
I know the guide has been pretty short and it doesn't have a lot of detail, but i will complete it over time.
Until next time!
