Irelia
Hardest champion to be honest. This person can all in you and you cannot kite no matter what. Only way to defeat her is try to abuse her weak early levels and slow push early. Stay in bushes and poke her. When she tries to go in on you E > Q > W away. Irelia will get minion aggro because u slow pushed and have a minion wave and you kite back, so you win trade. Get sheen and tabis. If there's a point where irelia always shuts you down. (mostly because she got triforce) Freeze the wave at turret, proc klepto, and try not to die :D. Use control ward and wait for jungle to gank.

and abuse bushes because they give you movement speed so you can poke and deaggro minions quicker.Grasp Playstyle: Basically the same as klepto except you want to use ranged auto with grasp and switch to melee
Tip: with klepto/grasp ranged auto > switch to melee and pounce away. It will count as a klepto proc and you'd be safe because you pounced away. But you have to do it quick enough.
Disengage: E>Q>W AWAY
Engage (Full Combo): Human Q > Optional: Trap in front of them > Cancel Q animation with E > auto them > Cougar > W > E > Q > W away if you wont be able to kill them or W in for the kill. (Tip: if you know they may dash or at the slightest chance, get away, then Q > E)
Engage (Quick) : Human Q > pounce > E > Q > W away
You can auto jump by using pounce right when Human Q is about to hit.
Tip: if they are abusing the wave to dodge you spears surprise them with a pounce onto them > transform > human Q. Also, an added-in auto can help increase your combo damage since you can animation cancel it.

Also if you want to increase your chances of winning, ask your jungler/support to pick another frontliner
