Read Below (For Mid)
Your role is to win the game, not through 1v5, or 5v5, but with 1v0. What this means is that you will be playing safe top and keep splitting. What this build offers is great tank shredding potential since thats usually what top lane is all about. Against fighters/assassins, you don't have to engage at all. Either wait for ganks or wait until they get bored of the lane. This is when you utilize their mistake and you push to the end. The Summoner Spell, teleport, should be used to get back to lane to get the most farm as possible. Crit is not important in this build because crit does not do any extra damage to turrets.
What you do in the jungle is different from lanes. Your role is to help all lanes win. With these movement speed items, you can efficiently gank. Also in teamfights, you can stack up two q's then sprint to the adc and knock the adc up and ult them. You can keep them from fighting, and they will target you, however you will be pretty tanky. Even if you die, as long as you keep the enemy adc from killing everyone, you have done your job.
