I personally perma-ban him. I don't want to play vs this lane. He vanishes your tentacles with his ultimate, he is extremely tanky and he does max health damage with his passive. His W allows him to have lots of survivability in his lane and he can easily turn any gank in his favour. You can counter his ultimate by pressing R because you become immune to CC when you jump but it's pretty hard to pull off as it requires fast reflexes.

- She's really tanky.

- She can tear down turrets pretty fast with

CONS
- She has a bad level 1 and 2.
- She lacks mobilitry and can be kited easily.
- Her
Test of Spirit is kind of difficult to land and easy to dodge.
- She can be outscaled by a lot of champions.
- She gets countered by ranged champions.
- She can't fight easily without her tentacles.
- She also gets countered by
crowd control.

Conqueror gives extra phisical damage and healing which is the perfect
rune for
Illaoi since she is a
Fighter and she can stack it easily.

Illaoi is a champion that requires
mana to use her abilities and
Presence of Mind is the ideal rune to regenerate
mana in fights.
Crowd Control counters
Illaoi since she cannot close the gap beetween her and her enemies, so
Tenacity
will help against that.
Illaoi usually gets to low
health until she does her big damage with her tentacles and that is why I picked
Last Stand.
Illaoi is a champion that mainly split-pushes in the side lanes and destroys turrets, so
Demolish will help destroying them faster and getting platings early on in the game.

to close the gap with the enemies, especially when you are low health which synergizes with
