Basic harass:
Nimbus strike(E)--->Crushing blow(Q)--->Auto attack--->Decoy(W)

Tons of damage dealt but also tons of health sacrificed on this one kind if they fight back and they will fight back of course you dummy kind of harass:
Decoy(W)--->Crushing blow(Q)--->Auto attack--->Nimbus strike(E)

first of all let all of your minions die then back away a bit where you can cast a Recall and by doing this the minions will attack you followed by enemy champion on their backs. since recall can be canceled by being attacked via enemy champ or minion after that IT'S THE RIGHT TIME TO STRIKE. simply use your decoy and cast nimbus strike at them then a quick crushing blow to one champ followed by an auto attack and cast ignite on the other champ while doing so and use your ultimate at that point you should get a double kill

Summarized all in all it should be:
Recall(B)--->Decoy(W)--->Nimbus strike(E)--->Crushing blow(Q)--->Auto attack--->Ignite the other champ--->Cyclone(R)
