Why this Works
The whole point of this build is to boost ally's ad/ap
With the build, around mid-game you can boost around 100 ad and over 100 depending on the ally having deathcap or not. During late game, you can boost even more!
Also, with the full ap, you can heal way more than what you can reach with the support items.
The damage you'll get from full ap yuumi is pretty good too.
