Spells:
Flash
Exhaust
Ability Order
New Destiny (PASSIVE)
Graves Passive Ability
Introduction
Runes
Greater Mark of Attack Damage
I recommend flat damage Marks because, early game damage is crucial, if you get poked out of lane and can't farm, you're going to be useless all game. It also helps with last hitting.
Greater Seal of Armor
These are good for early sustain as you'll most likely be laning against another AD carry, therefore they give you a slight advantage in a straight up fight.
Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist
These are not great early game due to the low impact on your magic resistance, but the further into the game, the more valuable these become and can help when dealing with an AP carry.
Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage
Pretty much the same as the marks
I'd advise taking Flash for it is the best summoner spell in game,
Now dew to the nerfs to Heal, I see Exhaust as a better choice as a second summoner spell, also Ignite and Cleanse are good choices as well, but they're situational.
For example, If you are laning against Ashe , Cleanse would be useful after lvl 6. You should really only take Cleanse if you don't want to get Quicksilver Sash as it's just overkill at that stage.
Bloodthirster: This item is just a good item to get on most ad carries, it's for obvious reasons, the lifesteal is just great also the massive damage,
Berserker's Greaves: Standard AD carry boots, nothing special.
Infinity Edge: Now I don't have to say much about this item, It is the AD item, if you don't get it on AD carries, you're just being stupid or you swapped it out for a Trinity Force, Massive AD and crit chance and increases your Crit damage. Do I have to say any more.
Phantom Dancer: Again this item is perfect for AD carries, Crit chance, Attack speed, and movement speed, I know, I said Graces doesn't need attack speed but c'mon crit chance and movement speed is awesome and some more attack speed is no harm.
Last Whisper: This is an awesome item, Attack Damage and 40% armor pen. what else could you ask for and it is good when fighting Bruisers, like Irelia and Riven etc.
Guardian Angel: Great item, armor, magic res, and a free revive every 5 minutes and can be great for tricking a team, for example in a team fight if you get focused, there team may think you as a threat is gone but you just revive a resume your role in a team fight.
Frozen Mallet: I see alot of guides recommending this item, I can't see why though. Sure the health and slow are nice but with the way I play Graves it just doesn't synergize well, although this may be different for you, try it out, can't hurt to try.
Trinity Force: This is a good item, if you like to spam you moves and love the Sheen proc. Although It may not be the best item to get, because your mana costs are too high to spam and get the procs. unlike Ezreal or Vayne.
Quicksilver Sash: Possibly the most underrated item at lower elo play, Every ad carry in pro games get Quicksilver Sash or Guardian Angel because glass cannon is just a bad idea.
Wriggle's Lantern: This is a situational item, if you are getting harrased to much, need the armor or the ward just buy it, you can always sell it later.
I'll split this into three parts, Early, mid and late game,
Early Game
You should start the game by quickly grabbing Boots and 3 Health Potions
then co-ordinating with your team to either invade the enemy jungle or to protect your own jungler, After the whole invade or protect thing is done you should rush back to lane to make sure you don't miss out on anymore cs. Your play style should vary to which support you have. Shen, Alistar, and Taric would be the more aggressive supports, just wait for them to initiate with there cc, and then do the damages. Also you should prioritize last hitting over harassing as the more cs you have the stronger you are.
Mid Game
At this point the first tower should be destroyed in any lane, that usually signifies the end of the laning phase. During this time you should be co-ordinating with your team for team fights, buff control and pushing. Also if you ace the enemy team try to take the Baron. It changes the game people.
Late Game
Not much to say about the late game except to stay with your team, if one person gets caught out of position, it could end the game. Mainly you want to get map control by warding the enemy jungle and your own and destroy every exterior tower on the enemy team, because if you catch someone out of position you could very well push to win.

Buckshot: I take Buckshot lvl 1 because it is your main source of damage early, Also if you hit the enemy with multiple bullets, it can devastate them in a fight.
Smoke Screen: I take Smoke Screen lvl 4 mainly for the utiity, it's a nice slow and the Sight restriction can shut down enemy ad carries in a fight for a few seconds.
Quickdraw: I take Quickdraw second mainly in case of ganks, as the dash could help with or against a gank. I max it second because of the massive attack speed buff.
Collateral Damage: I take Collateral Damage whenever it is up as it can be devastating to groups of people and has a very high damage output.
Skill priority, R<Q<E<W
