Intro: Sion: He's from Undead Juggernaut to LCS Flex?
I thought I'f give him as love as I can possible for the big guy, so I tried giving sion ALL the Roles, but having him be Top, Jungle and Support being the most efficient way to play on his roles.
Warning: TL;DR Wall of Texts incoming!
Top:
Being the Top Lane Showstopper that he is, Sion may not survive as well in pre-6 for Top Lane as he would for Support, but he's able to have a lot of creativity doing so. Taking whatever starting item you wish to be comfortable with, Take a Sunfire Cape as your First Item, for the Aggresive radius you gain with it. Merc Treads are Second, and these will be you only AP Defensive Item that you will need ever for Sion up until super late game, for the Spirit Visage (Unless your dying too much on AP.) Your Third Item will be your trusty Iceborn Gauntlet and Thronmail (Yes, Thornmail.) for your maximum aggressive defenses possible without losing any gold efficiency doing so. Grab yourself a Ryial's and Spirit Visage, and your on your way to being an almost unstoppable killing machine.
Jungle:
Build-Wise, Sion stay pretty much the same, with the acceptation of building into a Dead Man's Plate now. Jungle Sion is still pretty fair for jungle, although his momentum is what can screw him over, as he's pretty clunky. Tracker's Knife: Cinderhulk, Merc Treads, Iceborn, Dead Man's, Thornmail and Ryial's should do the trick for him. Spells are either Heal, Ghost or Teleport, and Flash.
Mid:
Hextech AP Mid Sion is something that I thought of myself, and it's meant to be as serious, but it's something you can do for fun. Rod of Ages for the Early Game Advantage, Merc Treads are your Boots, Hextech Protobelt, because Hextech Sion said it was awesome, Ryial's for the Slow and Extra AP, Zz'Rot because Zz'why not, and Warmong's, because you can use this build for both Hextech and Warmonger Sion. Any of the Spells can do for Mid Sion really, although I would take Teleport and Flash for him.
ADC:
ADC Sion is a mix between Korean Lucian and Tank Ekko Combined, but otherwise looks kinda trolly at first, I know. Yoummu's and Black Cleaver are your First Items, Merc Treads, Iceborn, Sunfire, and Thornmail should do the Trick, since you have Early Game Ham Power, and building into Aggressive Defenses later onwards are for the Mid and Late game. Heal and Flash are your Spells, and Exhaust if you want to chase them easier or Ignite to make sure that they are dead.
Support:
Support Sion is where I think he's going to shine the most: Being able to give your Jungler a starting boost, if he needs to do krugs first, and able to threaten or even manage to gain a cheeky kill with his raw pre-6 Powerspike alone. But Just becuase you are 'unstoppable' doesn't mean that you need to KS your ADC, so try to get as much Assists as you can, whenever possible. Sightstone, Face of the Mountain, Merc Treads, Locket of the Iron Solari, Iceborn Gauntlet and Spirit Visage should be your main go-to build, for Support Sion. At that rate, you are allowed to take Legendary Guardian if you so desire. Spells are Exhuast and Flash, and Heal if necessarily.

For the Riches: Mecha Zero Sion is a Skin that I envy, because I want it so badly, but my luck for Hextech Chests aren't in my favor.
For the Standards: All of his other Skins, and heck even his default skin are OP in all of their own standards, with Bararian Sion, Lumberjack Sion and Warmonger Sion reminding your of World of Warcraft or Oldschool Runescape. And yeah, you could say the Hextech Sion is the only disapproval skin because it looks ugly or whatever, but... I like it, so.
Disapproval Skins: None. (Or Hextech Sion, if you seriously hate that skin.)

TL;DR: You can Git Gud with Sion. He's a Early Game Bully with his E and Q.
For Full Information:I feel like has a lot on his plate that allows him to be powerful enough to make it to LCS, especially when you know how to tokyo drift with your Ulti. He is a safe flex pick, allowing him to be played at Top, Jungle and Support, and has a heavy aggressive playstyle Pre-6; making Sion one of the best Early Game Champion in the Game. His Es & Qs are all he needs to really ruin thier day, and in case he dies, he dosen't die and moves on his way by trying to bait you with his passive, when used right. He may not be as amazing as some of the other champions such as Azir and Zed (Which are the real MVPs of Challenger I), but he can sure as hell be terrifying the moment he joined your team or the enemy team.
Next up: Soraka, The Best Ambulance that everyone hates. (Even Riot.)
