Samira
This is just OP. The 1s stun increased to about 1.75s, which allows you to have your full combo, not to say her all in damage is ridiculous too.

Champion Build Guide
(I am so happy that WORLDS players are using pantheon as the support pick, however they mostly use Conqueror instead of PTA, probably they are way more careful from that burst damage of Pantheon, full stacks W almost impossible for them to land.)
Pantheon is quite easy to play in my opinion, a guaranteed stun with decent damage to win early laning phase, and fun with lots of options (from runes to items). I am always able to fight against enemy laners if they do not go extremely fed with my kit.
Whenever I am at red side, I try to cheese the enemy by camping in tribush.
I either ask my jungler to start red or I will help him with W and stack back the passive to 5 stacks then walking to tribush with my AD (usually both teams arrive tribush at the same time), and as my AD usually come with me late (if jungler starts blue), you may not kill them, but IT'S OKAY. (And beware of enemy jungler, that may do krugs after red or turn to help bot)
*You can communicate with your AD, and tell them you are going to tribush when your passive is up, and tell them not to be slower than you.
Try few more times and you will know when to disengage so that you and your ADC can take the EXP from the first three melee minions while the enemy cannot.
You can do this also on blue side but the enemy is more likely to flash over wall.
Different from red side, you need to go with 4 stacks if the jungler start red, just AA before they step in the bush for the empowered W.
AD must be at least go with you but not later or else he will be spotted.
Remeber to burn them with Ignite as they usually instant heal.
** If the enemy escape with flash, you may still look for a lv 1 (easier to catch but harder to kill) or lv 2 flash W for first blood.
The aim of this combo is to land your eQ with tap, which is harder to react. Although going E first may be a faster combo but your stun only got 1s and E lowers your movement speed, you may not land one more AA easily.
The reason that AA -> E -> eQ can be landed is because even Q tap, the range is quite far (compared to AA), even with E's movement speed you can still land your eQtap.
The downside of this combo is you do not have E for disengage or tanking tons of damage in team fight, but if you are catching someone alone, or ganking, this is the best combo for me.
To save your E, another combo (if that speed is counted as combo) is eW -> 3AA -> AA -> AA -> Q, or even eW -> 3AA -> AA -> Q -> eE.
The first one is so slow as you normally dont have much attack speed.
The second one goes for the eE, which you can bait a lot of damage and ults, or survive from landed CC, and turn the fight with your teammates.
Talking about the first one I have an idea of rushing Titanic Hydra, which gives you AA reset for the first combo, by practice tool it gives more damage with the same amount of gold but sacrifices earlier power spike and the utility from Umbral Glaive.
And you can go around mid before backing lane after B.
You are high damage pre-6 and after 6 you can back lane quickly to support your AD for the fight, or look for a kill with your ult.
For blue side, it might be good to ward over the wall between enemy blue and gromp, an additional control ward in river pixel will be good, and sometimes over the wall of banana bush (another enemy jungle entrance near bot side). Remember to hit the blast cone when you do the first ward.
For red side, it will be harder to ward, ward tribush if you can. Leave a control ward behind enemy's red if you have invaded or having a fight with you jungler there. The bush behind dragon pit (near entrance) will also be a good option, but it is hard to ward from pit.
Warding is an art, everyone should learn it.
I usually think of the uniqueness of the item first, how much does it help.
For example, if I have bring Zombie Ward for my runes, Umbral Glaive is my first item, so that I can deny enemy vision madly while having benefits.
Black Cleaver allows you instants 4 stacks with you empowered W, and the Phage passive gives you movement speed, CDR gives you faster Q for the empowered Q if you are not going in with full stacks passive, etc.
Think really carefully of why you choose an item in that situation helps a lot.
