Introduction
My rune choices may be a kind of trollish but I highly suggest it because of its amazing ability to make you extra tanky and allows you to have attack damage that even exceeds AD carries at lvl.1 this may very well lead to first blood if you lane with an AD carry like master yi or tryn with early game damage.
this build is mainly to counter for the AP people usually build against Rammus but if you go against a team with 3 ad I would definitely suggest sunfire cape before warmog's armor.
sunfire cape can also help you farm very easily to so its really just your choice. another change could be when you happen to be laning against to AP champs I don't like doing this but you will most likely build your force of nature first. You might also notice my build has items that max his hp without giving up that much armor and relys on his very high hp regen which is caused by the force of nature. With this very high hp regen and the magic resist you wont have to worry about any AP carries bringing you pain. Youll really notice the affects of this build as soon as you get a warmogs your hp regen is so fast you will start to second guess yourself when your running.

The spells may seem a little silly but its mostly to maximize his ganking capabilities but more importantly his ability to turret hug. FOR EXAMPLE when your pushed to your turret and your low hp someone will most likely try to dive you so you wait for the dive and depending on your mana you activate your shield taunt flash away making them take hits from the turret and then if there still alive maybe even finish up with a ghost+roll to keep him there and to chase and knock out any remaining health.
