What to do
Nasus is really simple.
Stick to your lane for as long as you can. 30 minutes in your lane? No problem!
Just focus on farming that Q. Every cannon minion has to be killed with your Q. Try get every other minion with your Q too, if it's on cd then just take the gold.
Early game - try not to get involved in too much poking. You're going to be a bit soft until 6 so survive until then.
Mid game - your Q should be fed enough (with items and runes) so you can demolish towers real fast. Start looking for opportunities to push, set up ganks, and aim for towers.
Late game - split push using your teleport. It's important to ward the enemy jungle so you can get in positions fast.
You have incredible sustain and your Q shreds enemies, so drop your E, W and Q away.
