His poke is very strong. Dodge his Pillars of flame, and wait for his Q to go on CD or his mana to burn before you engage.
Lucian
LeBlanc pairs well with early game bully ADCs that can follow up very fast like Lucian.

Champion Build Guide

- Chill ---- Raging
LeBlanc player will NEVER be as good as chilling one. Also don't be toxic and rather enjoy the game. If you will flame your ADC for every CS he/she missed you will never have as good time as you would If you would try to encourage her/him instead. So jump into the game type 'GLHF <3' in the very start, be positive, don't rage, say 'sorry' If you do a mistake, don't report players that are nice but feed,be cooperative, type 'GGWP' as you win/lose - It is only a game so Who cares If you win or lose as long as you have fun you are always a winner!!.
- Warding is key to victory. So make sure you are constantly warding and upgrading
Stealth Ward into
Oracle Lens once your support item quest is completed
- Most of
LeBlanc's power comes from procing the second part of your
Sigil of Malice so make sure you always have a second ability prepared for highest possible damage output.
- Try to use
Glacial Augment ice zone in jungle where pathes are slim so the enemy will have no way to escape it.
- Be creative! Finding fun or clever and creative uses of
Distortion is a really big fun - sometimes you just appear in situation when you have to use
Distortion into
Keeper's Verdict to block your ADC from being pushed out of teamfight and lose it because of low damage your team does without him/her.
- You can use
Ethereal Chains twice to make up to 3 seconds long root!
- Learn combos you can do! There are many sites or videos you can check to learn the most lethal ones.
- Use
Distortion To dodge skillshots or to get money from
Spellthief's Edge path.
- Make sure you use
Glacial Augment passive in early game a lot. The second part of this keystone rune will be useful in mid to late game especially.

- When playing against squishy supports like
Lulu or
Sona I suggest going
Ancient Coin path. Your job is to not get poked for 2 reasons. 1st the obvious one is to not get destroyed by their damage. 2nd the less obvious one is that they may use
Spellthief's Edge so every time they hit you with spell or autoattack they get money. - less you get hit by them - less money they'll have - less damage they'll do later on. Their HP bars are however very low. They can be easily killed as you reach level 3. Wait for their most dangerous abilities to go on cooldown (
Whimsy,
Howling Gale,
Aqua Prison, etc.) and then engage. With help of your junglers you can make easy kills because of their lack of movement abilities. Also do not forget to constantly ward so you have the best vision on map possible. Later on in the game as you reach
Everfrost and
Twin Shadows in
Glacial Augment build) you get enough power to kill most ADC's and supports with ease. Try to punish them when they are alone (most likely to do deep warding or destroying
Control Wards. In late game try to play safe and be prepared to engage a while after teamfight started so when you jump into the fray they don't have much CC abilities.
- When playing against melee supports I suggest you to go
Spellthief's Edge path because it's procing is much easier If you have more range then them. Be prepared to attack them every time they go for CS with AA + Q + AA combo so you get 3x the money from
Spellthief's Edge while also doing some little damage. Most of melee supports have got some strong skillshot abilities like
Zenith Blade,
Rocket Grab,
Death Sentence, etc.. Use your
Distortion to dodge them and engage when they are on cooldown. Make sure you focus the enemy ADC and not those tanky bois. You might should consider building
Void Staff or
Morellonomicon later on If they have more tanks.ยจ
