But they are just playing him Very Wrong Skarner Is a Semi Attack Speed Champion Can Counter Almost Every Champion in the Whole League. Some People Don't Know the Use of His Third Or Second They are used to a Champion that Have alot of spells but if they aren't like you, You should Play Skarner I made my skarner Level 6 Already for I playing him a whole 4 Weeks Skarner Is Awesome Champion I'm From Philippines incase you Might wonder
