With Olaf top. Your best bet is to runs down and start the fight in level 1. Remember get your Q first to get things starter. A good Olaf top, will try to fight as soon as possible. Try to get in the brush and harass up. Don't be scared and go all in ! You are a Berserker not walker. Big up and fight up.
