Abilities

Every 40 points of bonus health gives Vladimir 1 ability power and every 1 point of ability power gives Vladimir 1.4 bonus health. These bonuses do not stack with themselves.
Q "Transfusion"

Vladimir drains the life force of his target, dealing 80 / 100 / 120 / 140 / 160 (+60% of ability power) magic damage and healing himself for 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 (+35% of ability power). The healing is 35% effective vs minions.
After casting Transfusion twice, Vladimir gains Crimson Rush for 2.5 seconds once Transfusion comes off cooldown. While under the effects of Crimson Rush, Vladimir gains a short burst of speed and his next Transfusion deals 85% more damage and heals for 30-200 (at levels 1-18) (+4% missing Health per 100 ability power).
W "Sanguine Pool"

Vladimir sinks into a pool of blood for 2 seconds, becoming untargetable and gaining 37.5% bonus movement speed which decays rapidly over 1 second.
Enemies above him are slowed by 40% and take 20 / 33.75 / 47.5 / 61.25 / 75 (+2.5% of bonus health) magic damage every half second, while Vladimir heals himself for 15% of the damage done.
E "Tides Of Blood"

Vladimir charges up a reservoir of blood, paying 2.5% - 8% of his maximum health (based on charge duration) over 1 second to increase Tides of Blood's damage. Vladimir is slowed after the initial 1 second if he continues to charge.
On release (or after 1.5 seconds), Vladimir unleashes a nova of blood missiles, dealing between 30 / 45 / 60 / 75 / 90 (+35% of ability power) (+2.5% of max health) and 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+80% of ability power) (+6% of max health) magic damage (based on charge duration) to the first enemy hit in a large area around him.
If charged for at least 1 second, enemies hit by Tides of Blood are also slowed by 40% for 0.5 seconds.
R "Hemoplague"

Vladimir infects the target area with a virulent plague. Affected enemies take 10% increased damage for 4 seconds.
After 4 seconds, infected enemies take 150 / 250 / 350 (+70% of ability power) magic damage, while Vladimir is healed for the same amount (healing is increased by 50% for each additional champion hit beyond the first).

The predator is the best rune for vladimir in my opinion, you can use it to kill the oponent laner, Roam very quickly, help your jungler and start/finish teamfights. |
![]() |
Honestly, this rune is pretty useless, but it can give you a little more of sustain and its better than the other options |
![]() |
This rune is good for some more damage, you can use the other options, but i like more this. |
![]() |
With this rune you can spam more your r (it has so much CD) |

![]() |
Its good for a little extra movement speed, it go well with celerity, and in team fights gives you more speed to reach the enemy backlane, escape or reposition. |
Pros
+ High sustain
+ A killing machine in late
+ It can be a frontlane with high damage
+ Inmortal in good hands
+ It can carry almost any team
Negatives
- Bad early
- Its so difficult to farm (autoattacks)
- So hard to recover from a bad laning phase
- No movility
- Ignite and grievous wounds (Morellonomicon or Mortal Reminder)

I only recommend this three spells on Vladimir
Flash/Ghost
The ghost its a good spell for vladimir, it makes you more dinamic, good for team fights and you can play more aggressive and help you to roam better
I recommend ghost against tanky comps, because you can "kite" better and dodge skillshots, and ignite doesn't work very well.
Flash/Barrier
For me, the barrier is not the best option, but you can use it in case you play against a hard lane, since your w has a big CD in early
Flash/Ignite
The best spell on mid Vladimir, you can destroy your oponnent and roam better, since you have predator that fullfills the role of the ghost.
I highly recommend this spell against squishy comps, since you`re able to oneshot any enemy carry.

Early/Laning Phase
Vladimir doesn't shine on this stage, but you can get some kills if you play it well. In laning phase, farm with your transfusion to heal you and charge crimson blood, once it charge, try to hit your enemy with it. Harass the enemy with transfusion (charged or not) and dont be afraid to lost a bit of life, because you heal quickly with your Q.
Look at the map and pay attention to the opportunities to obtain kills, help your jungler, etc.
When you hit lvl 6, you can try to kill your oponnent laner, do the oneshot combo (Charge E>Flash>R>Ignite>Explote E>Q), if your oponnent doesn't dies (rarely) you expel him from the lane.
Midgame
Vladimir starts to be stronger at this stage of the game, you have your transfusion maxed, protobelt and sorcery boots.
This is the moment to look for plays with your team, roam, group and help your teammates. You can look for a drake, help your jungler, and push lanes. If you are going good and your dark seal its charged, try to upgrade it to mejai (pls dont die at this moments) to a lot more of ap and movement speed.
Late
In lategame Vladimir is in its splendor, you have 4th> item and you do a lot of damage, tank, and steal so much fcking life. You can oneshot the enemy carries, and destroy the team fights.
Try to stay with your team and look for objetives and bad positioned people.
Remember, you are a killing machine, but you can still die, the enemies can take advantage of this to do objetives, its more, you would lost the charges of your mejai.
