These are the best runes to Master Yi, with this runes you will clean up very fast the jungle without potions so you can finish your devourer before. Below I will explain the route you must follow on the jungle.

Greater Quintessence of Attack Speed: The best option, always take it, the speed of attack is the best stat for Master Yi since u can clear the jungle more fast and scale better to late game.
Greater Mark of Attack Speed: Same as Greater Quintessence of Attack Speed, no way, you must take this.
Greater Seal of Armor: Armor Seals are usually considered a must for junglers, as the bonus armor vastly reduces the damage dealt to you by the monsters. You can also take Greater Seal of Scaling Heal to hold a little more in late game.
Greater Glyph of Attack Speed: I really like to take this therefore that i take Greater Quintessence of Attack Speed and Greater Mark of Attack Speed, but if u want u can take Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist.
